Replacement slip ring parts
Original brush block assemblies can be replicated in instances where the existing brush block cannot be refurbished.
- It will be carefully CAD documented for mechanical size, type of brushes, plus any terminal points or wire harnesses.
- Unique, original brushes can be closely matched from the array of brush types & sizes we can provide.
Disk or “platter” slip rings can be replaced with the same electrical ratings, conductor rings and mechanical size.
- Old slip rings often have obsolete construction which can be greatly simplified by modern construction and materials.
- Information needed for this type of slip ring will be reviewed with the customer, to insure high quality “will-fit, will-work” replacement parts.
